District policy is that a district employee, i.e. Custodian be in attendance of all events held on district premises. He will need extra time to clean up after the event including bathrooms. Custodian fees are an estimate but will be at least 4 hours, and possibly more depending on cleanup. Waste fee is a mandatory fee.
