Gym A will be available at 6:30, after EEP is over. The PTSA will show a movie in Gym A that night, so set up will be a minimum.
Additional custodial charges may be incurred due to the size and multiple locations of this event. If any fees are incurred, the PTSA will receive an invoice in November.
