Please submit a school event sheet (which has been emailed to you) for this event.
Custodial fees will be incurred for at least a 2 hour clean up at the end of the event.
Additionally, Facility Use will need to have an employee complete an Employee Use form to agree to be in charge during the event, otherwise, a custodian will need to be on-site for teh entire event.
