Cancelled Event Girl Scout Holiday babysitting

Girl Scouts will babysit children while parents are having dinner and shopping for holiday presents.  We will have crafts and games. Watch movies.  Have pizza and snacks.  Upon parents arrival to pick up kids, we will have a gift wrap table.

We need tables for crafts and dinner/snacks.  We also need a projector so we can watch movies.  Do we bring our own dvd player?  We would need a screen so we can wrap presents.
